1. TERMS & CONDITIONS – OVERVIEW
SORELLAS AUSTRALIA provides a platform for Members to Buy and Sell quality fashion items amongst each other as well as access a host of other related services such as the purchase of high end quality fashion items between an array of National e-Boutiques & New to Season Australian Designer Collections.
From September/October our Auction & Swap features will be introduced to Members - this being a feature we will need to monitor over the next coming months ensuring traffic to the site is maintained efficiently. Once introduced, we will then provide Members with more information on Terms & Conditions of Sale in this area. As a general rule however, Auctions will work on a Bid Principal and the Swap with agreed Swap for Swap item. (Please refer to Payment for additional information*).
SORELLAS will keep a benchmark standard of dress code, quality of each product paramount to our sites success. Hence each item uploaded will go through a process of approval within a 24hr time frame. Any items not suitable will then be returned to owner, obligingly.
From Launch, our Sellers (Members) set items at a fixed price that they wish to sell for. If an item does not sell, the Buyer is not charged. SORELLAS will keep items listed unless otherwise notified or sold. A set time frame on this feature may be introduced at a later date.
2. GETTING STARTED
SORELLAS provides a user friendly Profile System to identify each Member, so all you have to do is create your User Profile, setting your User Name & Password. You will be prompted to register once you enter our Buy, Sell option or to proceed to checkout stage.
Please Note = SORELLAS suggests using the same email address as your PayPal email for ease of process. (More information on PayPal is provided in our Payment section below*).
Once an Account has been set Members are given the chance to:

3. HOW TO SELL
One your Profile is set you are then privy to upload any items you may have to sell, this is unlimited.
We require a white background for all images – no human models – only mannequins are accepted.
Ensure the images are of high resolution (200dpi) with a lot of light on the subject showing as much detail as possible. Our photo template will automatically adjust photos to standard size.
The better your item looks, the better your chances of selling. SORELLAS offers a variety of choice when it comes to selling your item with a zoom on images with Standard Membership, to 4 additional images once you have achieved VIP status.
Try to add as much detailed information on your item/s for sale as this is your selling point – you want to make your item stand out.
Once our site progresses Members will also be given the option to enhance advertising through additional images and bigger style ads for a small fee. VIP Status will also add additional benefits to this area.
All contact in regards to exchange of Good including Postage is to be arranged by Seller – An Australia Post Guide available for Members.
Once item is ready for shipment, please ensure your item/s are cleaned or dry cleaned prior and packaging is presentable. We are aiming to please so it’s the smaller details that will count here!!!

4. COMMUNICATION
Communication will be between Seller & Buyer direct with the Seller notified of Sale through email within your Profile.
Full contact details are only released to Buyer once transaction has passed successfully, then proceeding to postage arrangements as outlined in advertisement of item.
Any complaints or disputes in this area should be directed to admin@sorellas.com.au for further action.
Any breach of privacy or violations in this area will also be dealt with directly through the Privacy Act & Data Protection Laws and handled in accordance.
5. PAYMENT
SORELLAS does not intend on charging a Listing Fee or Membership Fee.
Commissions for each item sold through SORELLAS Buy, Sell, Fixed or Auction features will be to the value of 20% across the board. This fee is subject to change at any time. Notice in advance of this will be given.
Our Swap feature once introduced will incur a $5 fee from each user – this will be paid up front and prompted through our site.
SORELLAS AUSTRALIA PTY LTD prefers to use PAYPAL secure gateways for all transactions. Each Member is therefore required to have their own PayPal Profile for ease of processes.
Each purchase whether this is through our Buy, Sell, Swap or Direct Transaction though will be transferred through SORELLAS secure Merchant Banking Centre and monies released to Buyers accordingly with commissions for sales taken once sale has passed through.
SORELLAS will ensure the full process from Purchase to Delivery is timely and effective with monies transferred on a 24hr basis.
6. POSTAGE COSTS
Postage should be within Australia only as our site is targeting an Australian audience. This may change however so in the event an overseas buyer wishes to purchase from our site then we are obliged to offer the best form of service we can. I will leave this to the discretion of the Seller as to offering Standard or Express Post.
An Australia Post Guide is available via Home Page with rates for Australian & International Postage.
We prefer that all items be Express Posted for ease of trace – with given tracking number should items go missing in transit. Platinum Express is also an option.
SORELLAS unfortunately takes no responsibility for Postage and Handling so please take care when making arrangements. A happy customer is a repeat customer!!!
7. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE – RETURNS POLICIES
SORELLAS will pride itself on offering a 5 Star Rating to all Sellers based on Quality, Communication & timely Delivery. This rating built through the feedback of our Buyers/ Members - loyal and happy customers.
Should any Buyer not be completely satisfied with any items received through our BUY, SELL section, SORELLAS will endeavour to investigate through Seller to see if the issue can be resolved timely and effectively.
If any item is faulty or not as described then SORELLAS will take this matter seriously. Continual breaches within this area will be handled promptly with Members blacklisted from our Services. A public board will also notify other Buyers of blacklisted Sellers.
Any new items purchased through our e-Boutique or New to Season Designer Collection area will only offer refunds or exchanges on faulty items only.
We trust that each Seller respects the good will of our SORELLAS service. We intend on building a trusted source for many ladies around Australia to please kindly keep this in mind.
8. PRIVACY & CONTENT
We respect our Buyers privacy and will keep all personal contact information provided to us direct as strictly confidential. We will not be held responsible for the disclosure of information posted by the Buyer or related parties via our Facebook page. Please ensure by having the privilege of access to the SORELLAS website that you have not violated any privacy terms or rights. All content will be sent through to Admin for the final tick of approval before going live. Any complaints made in relation to the Privacy Act & Data Protection Laws again will be handled in accordance.
9. HELP & RELATED FORUMS
Should our Members overall experience any bugs, faulty area or difficulties of any kind then please direct an email to
webmaster@sorellas.com.au or to simply lodge the Bug Report via our Home Page of which will be static for the first few months of
Launch. This will then be sent direct to our web gurus at Accelerate Group for further immediate action.
10. DISPUTES AND COMPLAINTS
Any disputes or complaints in general should be directed to admin@sorellas.com.au with a full description outlining cause of concern. This will be answered within a 24 hour period.
SORELLAS takes no responsibility for the actions of Members within our site however can prevent causes for concern by blacklisting/blocking any disloyal Members.
We would hope that our Members using the site will adhere to privacy and consumer protection laws. SORELLAS will do everything in its power and the middle party to rectify any issue that arises.
